Job Description – Senior Sales Manager
Job Summary
RedBrik Real Estate is looking for an experienced and result-driven Senior Sales Manager to lead the sales team, drive revenue growth, and build strong client relationships. The ideal candidate should have excellent leadership, sales, and negotiation skills with experience in the real estate industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the sales team to achieve business targets.
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies.
- Generate business through direct sales, referrals, and channel partners.
- Conduct client meetings, project presentations, and site visits.
- Monitor team performance and provide regular coaching.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and business partners.
- Coordinate with marketing, CRM, and operations teams.
- Prepare sales reports and monitor business performance.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of sales experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Experience in real estate sales is preferred.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
