- Serve as the main communication link between the company and clients/partners throughout the entire order cycle.
- Understand client requirements, provide product guidance, and support the selection of appropriate merchandise solutions.
- Coordinate internally with design, procurement, production, and logistics teams to ensure timely execution of client requests.
- Prepare and share quotations, proposals, timelines, and status updates with clients.
- Track order progress end-to-end, ensuring all deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.
- Resolve client concerns or issues promptly and professionally.
- Maintain accurate documentation, including communication logs, order details, approvals, and delivery confirmations.
- Build long-term relationships by providing exceptional service and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Follow up after project completion for feedback and potential repeat business.
