Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Generate leads and identify new business opportunities.
- Understand customer financial requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
- Promote and explain relevant financial products and services.
- Handle customer queries and provide timely assistance.
- Follow up with leads and prospective customers.
- Maintain regular communication with customers.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth application and documentation processes.
- Maintain accurate customer records and required documentation.
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and submit regular sales/activity reports.
Required Skills:
- Minimum 2 year of work experience in relationship management, sales, banking, financial services, customer service, or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong customer-handling and interpersonal skills.
- Good negotiation and convincing abilities.
- Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills.
- Target-oriented and result-driven approach.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and Excel.
- Ability to work independently as well as within a team.
