Job Summary
The Receptionist is responsible for managing the front desk operations, welcoming customers, handling enquiries, and coordinating between Sales and Service departments to ensure smooth customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
1 Front Office Management
- Greet and welcome walk-in customers professionally
- Maintain visitor register
- Manage showroom reception area cleanliness
- Handle incoming calls and transfer to concerned departments
2 Customer Handling
- Record customer enquiries (Sales & Service)
- Assign walk-in customers to Sales Executives
- Follow up on missed calls and enquiries
- Maintain customer database
3 Coordination
- Coordinate with Sales team for test drive scheduling
- Inform Service team regarding vehicle delivery customers
- Support during showroom events and launches
4 Administrative Support
- Maintain daily footfall report
- Prepare enquiry report (Daily / Weekly)
- Support HR/Admin for basic documentation
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
