- We are looking for an experienced and passionate Head Chef to lead the kitchen operations at our resort in Mallenahalli, Chikmagalur.
- Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily kitchen operations and food preparation.
- Design and update menus with a focus on quality, taste, and presentation.
- Maintain high standards of food hygiene and kitchen cleanliness.
- Manage kitchen staff, schedules, and training.
- Monitor inventory, food costs, and vendor coordination.
- Ensure consistency in food quality and guest satisfaction.
- Implement food safety standards and compliance procedures.
- Requirements
- Proven experience as a Head Chef or Senior Chef.
- Strong knowledge of Indian, South Indian, and multi-cuisine preparation.
- Leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
- Knowledge of food safety and kitchen operations.
- Resort or hotel experience is preferred.
