]Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and confident Sales Representative to join our interior decor team. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, making outbound calls to potential clients, coordinating with vendors, and supporting the sales process from inquiry to order completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Handle customer inquiries and explain products and services.
- Follow up on leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
- Coordinate with vendors regarding product availability, pricing, and order status.
- Maintain regular communication with clients throughout the sales process.
- Prepare quotations and share product details with customers.
- Update customer records and sales activities in the system.
- Coordinate with the internal team to ensure timely order execution.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors.
- Achieve monthly sales and follow-up targets.
Required Skills
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi (additional regional language is a plus).
- Strong telephone etiquette and customer handling skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and email.
- Good negotiation and follow-up skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced office environment.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Qualification
- Graduate or equivalent.
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, telecalling, customer service, or a similar role.
- Experience in interior decor, furniture, home furnishing, or related industries will be preferred.
Pay: ₹8,931.92 - ₹36,664.44 per month
