Summary
UST is seeking a highly experienced Senior PMO Analyst / Project Management Office Lead to support enterprise-wide project governance, portfolio management, and strategic delivery initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Project Management Office (PMO) operations, Enterprise Program Management (EPM), Project Portfolio Management (PPM), Agile methodologies, and Healthcare Technology. This role will partner with project managers, business stakeholders, and leadership teams to ensure successful planning, execution, governance, resource management, and reporting across multiple enterprise projects.
The Opportunity
- Support the PMO Manager in planning, monitoring, and managing enterprise projects from initiation through successful delivery.
- Coordinate multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring adherence to quality, scope, timelines, budgets, and organizational standards.
- Assist Project Managers with project planning, scheduling, documentation, governance, and project lifecycle management.
- Coordinate project meetings, prepare agendas, maintain action items, and ensure timely follow-up on deliverables.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, project repositories, and governance artifacts.
- Develop dashboards, reports, and executive presentations to provide visibility into project health, risks, milestones, budgets, and resource utilization.
- Analyze project data and generate actionable insights to support portfolio decision-making and executive reporting.
- Support resource allocation, capacity planning, demand forecasting, and resource utilization across multiple projects.
- Facilitate effective communication among business stakeholders, project teams, vendors, and senior leadership.
- Assist in establishing, implementing, and maintaining PMO governance frameworks, policies, standards, and best practices.
- Ensure compliance with enterprise project management methodologies, organizational processes, and quality standards.
- Identify opportunities to improve PMO processes, delivery efficiency, reporting, and governance.
- Support Agile delivery processes, Sprint planning, portfolio reviews, and project audits.
- Act as a trusted advisor to project teams by promoting consistent project management practices and continuous improvement initiatives.
What You Need
- 10+ years of overall experience in Project Management or PMO roles.
- Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience working within a Project Management Office (PMO).
- Strong experience in Healthcare Technology projects and enterprise delivery environments.
- Expertise in Project Management Office (PMO) operations, governance, and project lifecycle management.
- Strong understanding of Enterprise Program Management (EPM) and Project Portfolio Management (PPM) tools.
- Experience with Agile, Scrum, and traditional project management methodologies.
- Hands-on experience with project tracking and reporting tools such as:
- Jira
- Planisware
- Tableau
- Power BI
- Experience with collaboration and content management platforms such as:
- Microsoft SharePoint
- Documentum
- Lotus Notes
- Strong data analysis, reporting, dashboard creation, and portfolio tracking skills.
- Experience in resource planning, capacity management, and project financial tracking.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, presentation, and coordination skills.
- Strong analytical thinking, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work effectively across business, technology, and leadership teams.
- PMP, CAPM, PRINCE2, PMI-ACP, Scrum Master, or equivalent Project Management certifications.
- Experience supporting enterprise digital transformation programs.
- Knowledge of IT governance frameworks and SDLC.
- Experience with executive reporting and portfolio governance.
- Familiarity with risk management, issue management, and change management processes.
- Strong understanding of Healthcare business processes and technology platforms.
- Exposure to cloud transformation or enterprise modernization initiatives.
- Ability to mentor junior Project Managers and PMO team members.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- Master's degree (MBA/Operations Management or equivalent) is preferred.
- Professional certification such as PMP, CAPM, PRINCE2, or equivalent is highly desirable.
- 10+ years of experience in Project Management, PMO, or Program Management.
- 2+ years of hands-on experience supporting enterprise PMO operations.
- Proven experience managing or supporting multiple enterprise projects in Healthcare Technology environments.
