Job Description: Full Stack Web Developer
Role Overview
We are seeking skilled Full Stack Web Developers with hands-on experience in frontend and backend development, along with practical exposure to server maintenance and website deployment. The ideal candidates should be capable of independently developing, deploying, and maintaining live production websites. For the permanent role, we are looking for candidates who can independently handle frontend-backend integration, build reusable React components, develop APIs, manage database operations, and support deployment.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain web applications using modern frontend and backend technologies.
- Build responsive and user-friendly interfaces, including Figma-to-code conversion and UI component development.
- Develop and integrate backend logic and RESTful APIs, including routing, request/response handling, and server-side validation.
- Manage databases and handle CRUD operations (enquiry, user, project, and dashboard data tables).
- Deploy websites and web applications on live servers (Vercel/Netlify for frontend; Render/Railway/Heroku for backend).
- Perform server maintenance tasks including file management, hosting setup, and basic server configurations.
- Handle domain hosting, DNS configuration, domain pointing, and redirection.
- Monitor website performance, security, and uptime.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in live production environments.
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions on time.
- Maintain proper documentation of development and deployment processes.
- Implement API authentication (JWT, OAuth, API keys). Integrate payment gateways and CRM APIs.
- Handle secure file uploads and large file handling (images, videos, documents).
- Manage SSL certificate setup, domain renewal, and cloud storage integration.
- Send email notifications and manage loading/error states in API-driven interfaces.
Required Skill Set
Frontend Development
- React.js, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3
- Responsive web development and mobile-first design
- Figma-to-code conversion
- UI component development, form handling, and API data display
Backend / Server-Side Development
- Node.js, Express.js
- REST API development – routing, request/response handling
- Server-side validation, error handling
- Authentication basics and JWT implementation
- File upload basics and email notification integration
Database
- MongoDB / PostgreSQL / MySQL
- Basic database schema design
- CRUD operations – enquiry, user, project, and dashboard data handling
API Integration
- GET, POST, PUT, DELETE methods
- Fetch / Axios for HTTP requests
- Frontend-backend integration, loading states, and error handling
- Displaying API data in React components
Deployment & DevOps Basics
- Version control with Git and GitHub
- Frontend deployment: Vercel / Netlify
- Backend deployment: Render / Railway / Heroku
- Environment variables and basic server hosting understanding
- AWS, DigitalOcean, VPS, cPanel
- Monitoring, backups, uptime, and performance optimisation
Server & Domain Management
- Domain hosting, DNS configuration, domain pointing, and redirection
- SSL certificate setup and domain renewal
- Cloud storage integration
Preferred Skills / Added Advantage
- Next.js and TypeScript
- Tailwind CSS
- Firebase or Supabase
- AWS basics
- UI/UX understanding
- Experience in building dashboards, admin panels, or real estate web applications
- Basic understanding of website security and performance optimization
- Experience working in a fast-paced or startup environment
Required Qualifications
- 2–4 years of relevant full-time experience as a Full Stack Web Developer (for permanent role);
- Ability to debug and resolve live website issues.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Candidates from B.E./B.Tech. (Computer Science, AI/ML, and related fields).
- Open to candidates from any year of passing.
- Should have all the necessary documents with the candidates (Marks cards, Professional Course Certificate, Previous Experience Letters)
- The candidates should have a minimum 60% score in their academics.
