Refurb Master is a refurbished laptop sales and service company specializing in laptop repair, refurbishment, upgrades, and maintenance. We are looking for a skilled technician to join our team and handle diagnostics, repairs, and quality checks.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and troubleshoot laptop hardware and software issues
- Repair and replace laptop components (screen, keyboard, battery, hinges, charging jack, etc.)
- Perform motherboard and chip-level repairs
- Install and configure operating systems and drivers
- Upgrade hardware (RAM, SSD/HDD) and perform data backup/recovery
- Resolve overheating, power issues, and performance problems
- Remove viruses/malware and optimize system performance
- Test and inspect refurbished laptops before sale
- Handle customer service queries related to repairs and servicing
- Maintain service records and repair reports
Required Qualifications
- Experience in laptop repairing and troubleshooting
- Knowledge of hardware diagnostics and chip-level repairing
- Familiarity with Windows installation and software setup
- Basic networking and printer troubleshooting knowledge
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
- Good communication and customer handling skills
Preferred Skills
- 1–2 years of experience in laptop repair/refurbishment
- Experience with brands like HP, Dell, Lenovo, Acer, and ASUS
- Knowledge of data recovery and BIOS troubleshooting
Salary
Salary based on skills and experience
Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
