We are a fast-growing health-tech startup building a mobile platform that simplifies doctor appointment booking and improves patient access to healthcare services. Our mission is to help patients discover, connect with, and book appointments with trusted clinics and hospitals seamlessly.
We are looking for energetic and relationship-driven Business Development Executives to expand our healthcare partner network by onboarding clinics, hospitals, and healthcare providers onto our platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and approach clinics, hospitals, and healthcare providers for partnership opportunities.
- Conduct meetings, presentations, and product demos with decision-makers such as hospital administrators, clinic owners, and doctors.
- Explain the benefits of the platform, including patient acquisition, appointment management, visibility, and digital transformation.
- Generate and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective healthcare partners.
- Negotiate commercial terms and close partnership agreements.
- Coordinate with onboarding and support teams to ensure smooth partner activation.
- Build long-term relationships with healthcare partners and act as their primary point of contact.
- Track sales activities, follow-ups, and partnership status using CRM tools.
- Collect market feedback and competitor insights to help improve the product and business strategy.
- Achieve monthly onboarding and revenue targets.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or related field.
- 1–4 years of experience in business development, field sales, B2B sales, or healthcare partnerships.
- Experience working with hospitals, clinics, SaaS products, or healthcare technology is a strong advantage.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable with field visits.
- Ability to build trust and maintain professional relationships with healthcare professionals.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales reporting tools is preferred.
- Proficiency in local language(s) and English.
