Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Wheel Alignment Technician to join our 4-wheeler automobile service team. The candidate will be responsible for performing wheel alignment, balancing, suspension checks, and related maintenance activities to ensure vehicle safety, smooth handling, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform wheel alignment and wheel balancing for cars and other 4-wheeler vehicles.
- Inspect tyres, suspension systems, steering components, and underbody parts for wear or damage.
- Diagnose alignment-related issues such as uneven tyre wear, steering pull, vibration, and improper handling.
- Adjust camber, caster, toe settings, and steering alignment as per manufacturer standards.
- Operate wheel alignment machines, balancing machines, and other workshop tools properly.
- Check tyre pressure and recommend tyre rotation, replacement, or repair when required.
- Conduct road tests before and after alignment if needed to ensure proper vehicle performance.
- Maintain service records and job cards accurately.
- Coordinate with service advisors and other technicians for vehicle inspection and repair work.
- Ensure cleanliness and proper maintenance of alignment equipment and work area.
- Follow workshop safety standards, company procedures, and quality guidelines.
Requirements / Skills:
- ITI / Diploma in Automobile Engineering or relevant technical qualification preferred.
- Experience in wheel alignment, balancing, and basic suspension inspection in 4-wheeler vehicles.
- Knowledge of tyre wear patterns, steering geometry, and suspension systems.
- Ability to handle alignment equipment and workshop tools efficiently.
- Basic understanding of vehicle repair and maintenance procedures.
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a team and handle customer vehicles responsibly.
Experience:
- Freshers with technical knowledge can apply.
- 1–3 years of experience in wheel alignment / automobile service is preferred.

Car showroom / automobile workshop / service centre / dealership
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
