A/C Technician
Department: Engineering / Maintenance
Reporting To: Maintenance Manager / Engineering Head
Job Summary
The A/C Technician is responsible for the installation, inspection, maintenance, and repair of air conditioning systems to ensure optimal performance, safety, and efficiency. The role requires technical expertise, troubleshooting skills, and adherence to safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, service, and maintain air conditioning units, split ACs, cassette ACs, VRF systems, and ventilation equipment
- Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults and carry out effective repairs
- Perform routine preventive maintenance and servicing as per schedule
- Check refrigerant levels, pressure, temperature, and airflow
- Ensure proper functioning of compressors, motors, fans, and thermostats
- Identify spare part requirements and report to the maintenance team
- Maintain service records, logbooks, and job cards
- Follow safety procedures and company maintenance policies
- Respond to emergency breakdowns promptly
- Coordinate with vendors and external service providers when required
Qualifications & Skills
- ITI / Diploma in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning or equivalent
Preferred Requirements
- Experience in hotels, hospitals, malls, or commercial buildings
- Knowledge of energy-efficient HVAC practices
- Familiarity with safety and compliance standards

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
