Job Title: Field Sales Manager (MBA Preferred)
Experience Required:1–2 Years
Salary:₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month + Incentives
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct regular visits to interior and rural areas for market development
Promote company products/services through direct marketing activities
Build and maintain strong relationships with local customers and partners
Identify new business opportunities and generate leads
Execute campaigns, surveys, and on-ground promotional activities
Collect market feedback and competitor insights
Achieve assigned sales and marketing targets
Requirements:
MBA (Marketing preferred) or relevant qualification
1–2 years of experience in field marketing or sales
Willingness to travel extensively in interior areas
Strong communication and interpersonal skill Self-motivated and target-oriented
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
