Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated AI Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in Python and React to build intelligent, scalable, and high-performance applications. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience developing AI-powered solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and leading technical initiatives from design through deployment. This role requires a proactive individual who can take ownership of deliverables while fostering collaboration and driving successful project outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain AI-enabled web applications using Python and React.
- Build scalable backend services, APIs, and frontend components that deliver seamless user experiences.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Lead technical discussions, provide guidance to team members, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions.
- Integrate AI/ML models and intelligent features into enterprise applications.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following software engineering best practices.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, debugging, and performance optimization activities.
- Contribute to solution architecture discussions with a focus on scalability, security, and maintainability.
- Work effectively in Agile development environments and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Role Requirements & Qualification:
- 7 to 9 years of experience in full-stack application development.
- Strong hands-on expertise in Python and React is mandatory.
- Experience building AI-powered applications or integrating AI/ML capabilities into software solutions.
- Proven ability to lead technical initiatives and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong understanding of REST APIs, application architecture, and modern software development practices.
- Good problem-solving skills with a focus on quality, performance, and scalability.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.
- Ability to work in fast-paced Agile environments with an ownership mindset.
