Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain Goods Receipt Notes (GRN) for all incoming materials.
- Verify received materials against purchase orders and delivery challans.
- Manage inventory records and ensure stock accuracy.
- Implement and monitor FIFO (First In, First Out) and LIFO (Last In, First Out) inventory practices as applicable.
- Conduct regular stock audits, cycle counts, and physical inventory verification.
- Reconcile inventory discrepancies and coordinate corrective actions.
- Monitor stock levels and report shortages, excess inventory, or slow-moving items.
- Maintain proper documentation of inward and outward material movements.
- Generate inventory, stock aging, and warehouse performance reports.
- Coordinate with procurement, production, and logistics teams for smooth warehouse operations.
- Ensure proper storage, labeling, and organization of materials.
- Adhere to company safety, quality, and warehouse management procedures.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 1–3 years of experience in warehouse and inventory management.
- Experience in GRN processing and inventory control.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of GRN preparation and inventory management.
- Good understanding of FIFO and LIFO inventory methods.
- Advanced MS Excel skills (Mandatory) including:
- VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
