About the Opportunity We are hiring a Manager – Human Resources for a client of ours, a growing business with operations across **corporate office, factory and multiple project sites. This is a hands-on HR leadership role for someone who can build, strengthen and drive the HR function—not just manage recruitment or administration. The role will work closely with the CEO and business heads and will have ownership across the complete employee lifecycle and core HR systems.
Key Responsibilities -
Drive HR strategy, manpower planning and organization development. Lead end-to-end recruitment across corporate, factory and project requirements. Build and strengthen HR policies, processes and systems. Drive KRA/KPI, performance reviews, probation, confirmation and PIP processes. Manage employee relations, engagement and retention. - Identify training and capability-development needs. - Maintain HR MIS and provide meaningful people reports to management. Manage employee documentation, HR lifecycle processes and payroll inputs in coordination with Accounts. - Coordinate HR compliance-related activities and external consultants. - Ensure consistent HR practices across corporate office, factory and project sites. Work closely with the CEO and department heads on people-related matters. - Regular interaction with factory and project sites will be required.
Ideal Candidate We are looking for an HR professional who has: - 7–10 years of broad HR Generalist experience.
Proven experience in building or improving HR processes and systems. - Strong hands-on exposure to manpower planning, recruitment, performance management, employee relations and retention. - Experience independently managing HR for a 50+ employee workforce will be preferred. - Experience working with senior management / CEO / business heads. - Exposure to manufacturing, construction, EPC, PEB, prefab, engineering, steel or project-based businesses will be an advantage. - Strong HR MIS and Excel skills. - MBA/PGDM in HR will be preferred. - Willingness to regularly interact with factory and project sites.
This not a recruitment-only or HR administration role. We are specifically looking for someone who has demonstrated ownership of HR systems, people processes, performance management, employee relations and overall HR function-building.
