Key Responsibilities
- Provided L1/L2 technical support to users for desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and other IT peripherals.
- Installed, configured, and maintained Windows 10/11, Windows Server, and Linux operating systems, ensuring optimal system performance.
- Diagnosed and resolved hardware, software, operating system, and application-related issues to minimize downtime and maintain business continuity.
- Managed user accounts, security groups, password resets, and access permissions using Active Directory.
- Configured and supported LAN, Wi-Fi, switches, routers, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and internet connectivity across the organization.
- Installed, configured, and maintained network and local printers, including driver installation, printer sharing, print queue management, troubleshooting paper jams, connectivity issues, toner replacement, and preventive maintenance.
- Monitored and maintained UPS systems, performed routine health checks, coordinated battery replacement and preventive maintenance, and ensured uninterrupted power availability for critical IT infrastructure.
- Performed regular system monitoring, Windows updates, security patches, antivirus updates, and preventive maintenance to ensure system stability and compliance.
- Executed data backup and recovery procedures to ensure data integrity and business continuity.
- Logged, tracked, and resolved incidents using IT ticketing systems while consistently meeting defined SLA targets.
- Coordinated with OEMs, vendors, and service providers for hardware repairs, warranty claims, AMC support, and replacement of faulty equipment.
- Managed IT asset inventory, including desktops, laptops, printers, UPS units, networking devices, and software licenses.
- Configured Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Office, email accounts, VPN, remote desktop, and other business applications for end users.
- Supported conference room IT equipment, biometric attendance devices, CCTV systems, and other office IT infrastructure as required.
- Maintained technical documentation, installation records, asset registers, and standard operating procedures.
- Ensured compliance with organizational IT security policies, endpoint protection standards, and data security guidelines.
- Collaborated with internal departments and external vendors to ensure smooth IT operations and timely resolution of technical issues.
- Delivered prompt, professional, and customer-focused technical support to ensure high user satisfaction and uninterrupted business operations.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
