Role Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated, caring, and enthusiastic Primary Teacher (PRT) to join our academic team. The ideal candidate should have strong foundational teaching skills, excellent communication abilities, and the creativity to make learning engaging and meaningful for young learners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons for Classes I to V as per the CBSE curriculum.
- Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, assignments, activities, and assessment materials.
- Use activity-based, creative, and digital teaching methods to develop strong foundational concepts.
- Conduct regular assessments and monitor students' academic and overall progress.
- Provide individual attention and remedial support wherever required.
- Develop students' language, numeracy, communication, creativity, and social skills.
- Maintain classroom discipline, attendance, academic records, and student progress reports.
- Create a safe, positive, inclusive, and child-friendly classroom environment.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding students' progress and development.
- Encourage participation in co-curricular activities, competitions, projects, and school events.
- Participate in PTMs, staff meetings, workshops, assemblies, and other school activities.
- Perform other academic and administrative responsibilities assigned by the school.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Educational Qualification: Bachelor's/Master's Degree in the relevant subject with B.Ed./D.El.Ed. (as per CBSE norms).
- Experience: Minimum 2–5 years of teaching experience in a CBSE school preferred.
- Strong communication, classroom management, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in digital teaching tools and educational technology.
- Creative, patient, caring, and child-friendly approach.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Passion for teaching and commitment to students' academic and holistic development.
