- Bring deep expertise in any 2 of following areas, with ability to cross-skill and apply expertise in other areas as well, taking responsibility for technical work either through direct execution or rigorous review:
o Hydrology – Hydrological assessments, rainfall-runoff modeling, water balance studies.
o Hydraulics – Pipe network analysis, open channel flow, pump station design.
o Hydrogeology – Groundwater modeling, aquifer analysis, well field design.
o WTP/STP – Water and sewage treatment plant design, process optimization.
o Stormwater Management – Drainage design, detention systems, LID solutions.
o Sanitary Sewer System – Sewer network design, lift stations, infiltration analysis.
o Rainwater Harvesting System – System design for harvesting, storage, and recharge.
o Flood Risk Assessment (1D/2D Modelling) – Flood modeling, hazard mapping, risk mitigation planning.
- Experience: 10 to 15 years in water resource engineering, with significant hands-on technical involvement.
- Qualifications: Master's degree in Civil/Environmental/Water Resource Engineering from a premier institute.
- Technical Depth: Proven expertise across hydrology, hydraulics, hydrogeology, WTP/STP, stormwater management, sanitary sewer systems, rainwater harvesting, and flood risk modeling.
- Mentorship: A genuine passion for teaching and developing junior engineers.
- QAQC Mindset: Experience establishing and implementing quality assurance frameworks.
- Software Proficiency: Hands-on experience with HEC-HMS, HEC-RAS, SWMM, EPANET, MIKE, GIS, AutoCAD Civil 3D, or similar tools.
- Leadership: Ability to balance strategic thinking with day-to-day technical involvement.
Pay: Up to ₹1,200,000.00 per month
