We are looking for a motivated and energetic Field Sales Executive to promote and sell our specialty coffee products to cafes, restaurants, hotels, offices, and retail partners. The ideal candidate should enjoy meeting new people, building relationships, and have an interest in coffee and the hospitality industry.
Candidates with experience as a Barista or those passionate about coffee are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit potential and existing customers to generate business opportunities.
- Promote the company's coffee products and services.
- Conduct coffee tastings and product demonstrations for prospective clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with cafes, restaurants, hotels, and corporate customers.
- Identify new business opportunities and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Follow up on leads, quotations, and customer inquiries.
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure timely order fulfilment.
- Gather market feedback, competitor information, and customer requirements.
- Maintain daily records of client visits, sales activities, and follow-ups.
- Represent the company professionally and maintain a high standard of customer service.
Qualifications & Experience
- Graduate preferred.
- Minimum 6 months of experience in field sales, business development, hospitality, or customer-facing roles preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills and a strong interest in coffee and sales are welcome to apply.
- Previous experience as a Barista or in the cafe industry will be an added advantage.
- Valid two-wheeler driving license preferred.
