This is a full-time In-Office role for Amazon Marketplace Executive in E-commerce located in Gurgaon.
- Manage end-to-end marketplace operations across major ecommerce platforms, including Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, Tata 1mg, Blinkit, and other ecommerce marketplaces.
- Optimize product listings by improving titles, descriptions, bullet points, backend keywords, images, SEO, and catalog structure to enhance product visibility and conversion rates.
- Create and manage A+ Content, Brand Storefronts, and enhanced product detail pages to strengthen brand presence and customer engagement.
- Plan, execute, and optimize Amazon PPC campaigns, including Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display Ads, with a focus on improving ROAS and reducing ACoS.
- Monitor and analyze key marketplace performance metrics such as sales, conversion rates, CTR, CPC, ACoS, ROAS, returns, and customer reviews to identify growth opportunities and improve profitability.
- Manage FBA operations, including inventory forecasting, shipment planning, stock replenishment, and order fulfillment coordination, to maintain healthy inventory levels.
- Handle end-to-end catalog management activities, including listing creation, variation setup, suppression resolution, pricing updates, and inventory synchronization across platforms.
- Plan and execute promotional campaigns such as Lightning Deals, Coupons, platform-wide sale events, and seasonal campaigns to drive traffic and revenue growth.
- Coordinate with internal teams, including inventory, logistics, creative, and content teams, to ensure smooth marketplace operations and timely execution of updates.
- Generate and analyze ecommerce performance reports using Excel and Google Sheets to track KPIs, sales trends, operational efficiency, and advertising performance.
- Conduct competitor and market analysis to identify trends, optimize pricing strategies, and improve overall marketplace performance.
- Work effectively in a fast-paced startup environment while demonstrating strong ownership, problem-solving abilities, analytical thinking, and data-driven decision-making skills.
Requirements
- 1-3 year of experience handling ecommerce marketplaces (Amazon, Nykka, Myntra, Blinkit and others).
- Prior Experience in Digital Marketing will be preferred.
- ProblemSolving, Decision making, Communication skills are required
- Experience in running ad campaigns with strong performance optimization.
- Working knowledge of SEO and A+ content creation for ecommerce.
- Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills for analysis and reporting.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and process-driven approach to execution.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to draw insights from performance data.

Pay: ₹9,743.79 - ₹34,178.25 per month
