About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and technically strong AutoCAD Draughtsman / Woman - Interior CAD Designer to join our Interior Design team in Kolkata.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in preparing detailed working drawings, coordinating with designers and execution teams, and ensuring accurate technical documentation for residential interior projects.
This role is critical in converting design concepts into execution-ready drawings.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed 2D working drawings and technical drawings for residential interior projects
- Develop layouts, furniture details, electrical drawings, ceiling drawings, and BOQ support drawings
- Coordinate with Interior Designers, Project Managers, and Site Teams for drawing updates and revisions
- Ensure drawings are aligned with project specifications and execution requirements
- Maintain drawing standards, documentation, and drawing revisions
- Support site coordination and resolve technical drafting queries when required
- Prepare drawings for client approvals and execution handover
Desired Candidate Profile
- Diploma / ITI / Degree in Drafting, Civil, Interior Design, or Architecture
- Minimum 1 year experience as an AutoCAD Draughtsman / CAD Designer / Interior Draughtsman
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD
- Knowledge of residential interior detailing and modular furniture drawings preferred
- Ability to understand design concepts and convert them into technical drawings
- Good coordination and attention to detail
