Job Overview
We are looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented Content Moderators to join our team. This role is open to both freshers and experienced candidates. As a Content Moderator, you will be responsible for reviewing and monitoring user-generated content to ensure compliance with company policies, community standards, and legal requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Review, evaluate, and moderate content including text, images, videos, comments, and user profiles.
- Identify and remove content that violates platform guidelines.
- Ensure a safe and positive user experience by enforcing community standards.
- Escalate complex or high-risk cases to senior moderation teams.
- Maintain accurate records of moderation actions and decisions.
- Meet daily productivity and quality targets.
- Stay updated on policy changes and moderation procedures.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address content-related issues.
Eligibility CriteriaFreshers
- Any graduate or undergraduate.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic computer and internet skills.
- Willingness to learn content moderation policies and tools.
Experienced Candidates
- 1+ years of experience in Content Moderation, Trust & Safety, Customer Support, Quality Analysis, or related fields.
- Familiarity with moderation tools and online community management is preferred.
- Strong decision-making and analytical skills.

Pay: ₹215,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
