Job Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries through calls and messages
- Coordinate with the sales team and clients
- Follow up with leads and maintain customer relationships
- Prepare quotations and sales reports
- Support daily sales operations and documentation
- Maintain proper communication with customers regarding products and services
