- Directed and managed all aspects of the accounts, finance, Tax and ROC department
- Led a team of finance professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
- Prepare and analyze financial statements in compliance with Accounting Standards for accuracy and completeness
- Conduct internal audits to identify discrepancies and provide recommendations for process improvements
- Effectively coordinated the preparation and filing of all returns like Income, GST, TDS and ROC ensuring compliance with tax laws
- Stay current on tax laws and regulations to proactively address any potential compliance risks
- Manage and coordinate with Bank officials for the financing of Expansion Projects of the current company
- Complying with the regular requirements of Banks
- Other Miscellaneous works include:
- 1. EPCG New Application and Redemption Process
- 2. Various Subsidy and Refund compliance
- 3. Various Insurance compliance
Pay: ₹85,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
