Job Summary
We are looking for a passionate, energetic, and knowledgeable Personal Trainer to join our fitness team. The ideal candidate should be dedicated to helping clients achieve their fitness goals through personalized workout programs, motivation, and continuous guidance. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct fitness assessments and understand clients' goals.
- Design personalized workout and training programs.
- Demonstrate proper exercise techniques and ensure safe training practices.
- Monitor client progress and modify workout plans as needed.
- Motivate and encourage members to achieve their fitness goals.
- Assist members with gym equipment and answer fitness-related questions.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workout environment.
- Promote personal training packages and other fitness services.
- Build long-term relationships with members through exceptional customer service.
Requirements
- Certified Personal Trainer (ACE, ACSM, NASM, ISSA, K11, Gold's Gym, or equivalent certification preferred).
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Personal Trainer (Freshers with strong knowledge may also apply).
- Good understanding of exercise science, strength training, functional training, and weight management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude, professional appearance, and customer-focused mindset.
- CPR/First Aid certification is an advantage.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of nutrition and basic diet planning.
- Experience with body transformation programs.
- Ability to train beginners, intermediate, and advanced clients.
- Strong sales and client retention skills.
