About the Role
We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Accounts Manager to oversee the complete finance and accounting operations of our diversified business, including an RO Water Manufacturing Factory, Restaurant, and Bakery. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in financial accounting, taxation, statutory compliance, cost control, budgeting, and financial reporting across manufacturing and hospitality industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete accounting and finance functions for all business units.
- Maintain accurate books of accounts and ensure timely financial reporting.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Oversee Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger, and Bank Reconciliations.
- Manage GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory compliances.
- Coordinate audits with internal and external auditors.
- Monitor cash flow, working capital, and fund management.
- Prepare annual budgets, financial forecasts, and variance analysis.
- Implement cost control measures for manufacturing, restaurant, and bakery operations.
- Monitor inventory valuation and cost accounting for raw materials and finished goods.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and government regulations.
- Liaise with banks, auditors, tax consultants, and government authorities.
- Supervise and mentor the accounts team to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Generate MIS reports and financial dashboards for senior management.
- Support management with financial planning and strategic decision-making.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (B.Com) or Finance.
- CA / CMA / MBA (Finance) is preferred.
- Minimum 8–10+ years of experience in accounting and finance, preferably in manufacturing, food processing, FMCG, hospitality, or multi-unit businesses.
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF/ESI accounting, and statutory compliance.
- Experience with inventory accounting, cost accounting, and financial controls.
- Proficiency in accounting software such as Tally Prime, Busy, Zoho Books, SAP Business One, or ERP systems.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and financial reporting.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
