Position: Customer Care Executive
Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer walk-ins and service inquiries professionally.
Create and manage service job cards for devices received.
Coordinate with technicians regarding repair updates and delivery timelines.
Explain service processes, warranty policies, and repair estimates to customers.
Manage customer calls, emails, and follow-ups regarding service status.
Ensure proper documentation and data entry in service systems.
Handle billing, payment coordination, and device handover process.
Maintain front desk discipline and provide excellent customer experience.
Required Skills:
Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and local language preferred.
Strong customer service and coordination skills.
Basic computer knowledge, MS Excel, and billing software understanding.
Ability to handle customer escalations professionally.
Well-groomed and presentable personality.
Pay: ₹9,766.18 - ₹28,168.24 per month
