We are looking for a motivated and hands-on Electrical Engineer to design, assemble, test, and commission electrical control panels for our industrial heating equipment, including Steam Boilers, Thermic Fluid Heaters, Hot Water Generators, and other process heating systems.
The ideal candidate should have experience in industrial electrical systems, control panels, PLC-based automation (preferred), and be willing to travel occasionally for site installation, testing, and troubleshooting.
Key Responsibilities
- Design electrical control panels for:
- Steam Boilers
- Thermic Fluid Heaters
- Hot Water Generators
- Burners
- Industrial Heating Equipment
- Prepare electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and panel layouts.
- Select appropriate electrical components such as MCCBs, contactors, relays, timers, VFDs, PLCs, HMIs, sensors, and instruments.
- Supervise or carry out electrical panel assembly and internal wiring.
- Perform panel testing, FAT (Factory Acceptance Testing), and troubleshooting before dispatch.
- Visit customer sites for:
- Panel installation
- Electrical wiring supervision
- Commissioning and testing
- Troubleshooting and after-sales technical support
- Coordinate with the mechanical design and production teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and industry best practices.
- Maintain technical documentation and prepare commissioning reports.
Required Skills
- Good knowledge of industrial electrical control panels.
- Ability to read and prepare electrical drawings.
- Knowledge of motor starters, protection systems, relays, contactors, MCCBs, MCBs, VFDs, and control circuits.
- Experience with PLCs and HMIs will be an added advantage.
- Understanding of industrial sensors, temperature controllers, pressure switches, limit switches, and instrumentation.
- Ability to troubleshoot electrical faults independently.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for site installation and commissioning.
