We are looking for a Customer Relation Executive for our construction company to manage client interactions, handle inquiries related to projects, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. The candidate should have strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries related to construction projects, bookings, and site visits
- Resolve customer queries and complaints promptly
- Coordinate with sales, site engineers, and project teams
- Provide updates on project status, timelines, and documentation
- Maintain customer database and interaction records
- Assist in scheduling site visits and follow-ups
- Support after-sales service and client relationship management
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Good communication skills in English & Hindi (Preferred)
- Strong problem-solving and coordination skills
- Basic understanding of construction/real estate industry (preferred)
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
- Customer-focused and professional attitude
Education & Experience:
- Minimum: 12th pass / Graduate
- 0–3 years experience in customer service (construction/real estate preferred)

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
