Business Development Executive / Manager
Pharmaceutical Third-Party / Contract Manufacturing / CDMO
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Business Development Executive / Manager with hands-on experience in Pharmaceutical Third-Party Manufacturing, Contract Manufacturing, Private Label, CDMO/CMO and PCD business.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and convert B2B leads for Third-Party / Contract Manufacturing / Private Label / CDMO services.
- Must have hands-on experience using B2B portals such as:
- IndiaMART
- TradeIndia
- ExportersIndia
- PharmaHopers
- Other relevant pharma B2B platforms
- Handle incoming B2B enquiries and ensure timely follow-up and conversion.
- Identify and approach new potential clients through LinkedIn, email, WhatsApp, calling and online research.
- Understand client requirements regarding composition, dosage form, packing, MOQ, target price and branding.
- Prepare and share quotations and negotiate commercial terms with clients.
- Coordinate internally for product rates, samples, artwork, documentation, production and dispatch.
- Maintain proper lead records and regularly update CRM / lead management system.
- Follow up with existing clients for repeat orders and new product requirements.
- Develop long-term relationships with pharma marketers, distributors, PCD companies and brand owners.
- Achieve monthly sales, lead-conversion and gross-profit targets.
Candidate Requirements
- Experience in Pharmaceutical Third-Party / Contract Manufacturing Business Development is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of B2B portal lead generation and lead conversion.
- Understanding of pharmaceutical products, compositions, dosage forms, packaging and manufacturing processes.
- Good communication, negotiation and follow-up skills.
- Must be comfortable with calling, WhatsApp, email and online client handling.
- Should be target-oriented and capable of independently generating business.

Preferred Experience

Candidates having an existing B2B client network and proven track record of converting IndiaMART/TradeIndia/other portal leads will be given preference.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,959.07 per month
