Job Summary:
We are hiring a Relationship Manager – Personal Loans to drive business growth by sourcing and managing personal loan customers. The ideal candidate should have experience in banking, NBFCs, fintech, or DSA channels with strong sales and relationship management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate and acquire new customers for Personal Loan products.
Build and maintain relationships with customers, DSAs, and channel partners.
Identify customer financial needs and recommend suitable loan solutions.
Achieve monthly sales and disbursement targets.
Manage the complete loan lifecycle from lead generation to loan disbursement.
Coordinate with credit, operations, and underwriting teams for faster processing.
Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company policies.
Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer queries promptly.
Track market trends and competitor offerings to identify new business opportunities.
Key Requirements:
2–5 years of experience in Personal Loans, Retail Lending, Banking, NBFCs, or Fintech.
Strong understanding of personal loan products, eligibility, and documentation.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
Good knowledge of loan processing and customer acquisition.
Preferred Candidate Profile
Experience in Personal Loan sales through Direct Sales, DSA, or Channel Sales.
Existing network of customers and channel partners will be an added advantage.
Self-motivated with strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
