Job Summary
Kedia Pavitra is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to manage and expand our presence in the Modern Trade channel. The candidate will be responsible for building relationships with organized retail stores, ensuring product availability, increasing sales, and achieving business targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with Modern Trade retailers such as D-Mart, Reliance Smart, Spencer's, More, Metro Cash & Carry, and other organized retail chains.
- Ensure product listing, placement, visibility, and availability across assigned stores.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate timely replenishment.
- Execute promotional activities and in-store marketing campaigns.
- Visit assigned stores regularly to track sales performance and resolve issues.
- Coordinate with store managers and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Achieve monthly sales and distribution targets.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
- Identify opportunities to increase sales and expand business.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or any related field.
- Freshers with relevant internships or candidates with 6 months to 2 years of experience in FMCG, Retail Sales, or Modern Trade are encouraged to apply.
Required Skills
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Basic knowledge of Modern Trade sales and retail operations.
- Strong relationship-building skills.
- Ability to achieve sales targets.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Problem-solving and time management skills.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
Preferred Experience
- Experience working with FMCG products.
- Exposure to Modern Trade or organized retail sales.
- Experience coordinating with retail chains and store managers.
Salary
As per company standards and candidate experience.
Pay: ₹20,364.21 - ₹30,353.09 per month
