Key Responsibilities
- Field Networking & Outreach: Connect with doctors, hospital discharge desks, clinics, and residential communities to build strong referral networks.
- Client Engagement: Meet potential clients and family members to explain our home care and caregiver service offerings.
- Local Marketing Campaigns: Organize and participate in local health camps, community events, and promotional drives across Bengaluru.
- Market Development: Identify new target areas, generate qualified leads, and meet monthly growth goals.
- Reporting & Feedback: Maintain daily call/visit logs and provide regular updates to senior management on market feedback.
Key Requirements
- Languages: Proficiency in both English and Kannada is mandatory.
- Vehicle & License: Must possess a personal two-wheeler and a valid Driving License.
- Communication: Strong interpersonal, presentation, and persuasion skills.
- Background: Freshers with strong communication skills or candidates with 1–2 years of experience in healthcare, field sales, or service marketing.
- Attributes: Self-motivated, proactive, target-driven, and comfortable with field travel.
