Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled Testing Engineer with ITI / Diploma in Electrical background and hands-on experience in electrical panel testing, control panel wiring, routine testing, control cable testing, and panel production support.
Candidates with practical experience in switchgear panels, control panels, electrical assembly, and industrial electrical testing activities are preferred.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine testing and inspection of electrical control panels
- Carry out testing of LT/MV switchgear panels and control circuits
- Support panel production, wiring, and assembly activities
- Perform control wiring and cable continuity testing
- Identify and troubleshoot faults in electrical panels
- Ensure panels meet quality, safety, and testing standards
- Maintain testing records and technical documentation
- Coordinate with production and design teams for technical support
- Follow electrical safety procedures and company standards
Requirements
- ITI / Diploma in Electrical
- 1–3 years of experience in electrical testing or panel wiring
- Knowledge of control panels, switchgear systems, and control cables
- Ability to read basic electrical drawings and schematics
- Hands-on experience in panel production/support activities
- Basic understanding of electrical safety standards

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
