Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Production In charge (HVAC Industry – Air
Conditioning & Chillers, Ducting systems, Air Handling Units (AHUs), blowers, fans,
dampers) with strong expertise in the duct manufacturing /Sheet Metal Fabrication
industry and solid knowledge of SS welding and fabrication processes. The candidate
will oversee factory operations, manage production planning and control, maintain quality
standards, improve operational efficiency, and lead the production team effectively.
Key Responsibilities
Production Planning & Control
Manage and supervise day-to-day factory operations.
Plan, monitor, and control production schedules to ensure timely delivery.
Lead production workers, engineers, and technical staff to achieve production
targets.
Coordinate with engineering, design, and warehouse teams for smooth
manufacturing operations.
Ensure high-quality standards in duct production.
Identify and resolve production bottlenecks and operational issues.
Implement lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.
Manage inventory, raw materials, and minimize production waste.
Optimize manpower utilization and control labour costs.
Prepare production and performance reports for senior management.
Ensure compliance with workplace safety standards and regulations.
Qualifications & Skills
Education
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering
Experience
Minimum 17 + years in duct manufacturing industry
Strong hands-on knowledge in:
SS Welding
Fabrication Processes
Production Management
Technical Skills
Knowledge of AutoCAD to Read
Familiarity with manufacturing software and production tools
Knowledge of quality control standards and safety regulations
Soft Skills
Strong leadership and team management abilities
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,335.12 per month
