Job Shift – Night - 5 Days a Week – Saturday & Sunday Off
Required Skills & Experience:
- 1–6 years of experience in mortgage underwriting (QM and Non-QM loans).
- Hands-on experience in live underwriting.
- Strong understanding of the 4 C’s of underwriting (Credit, Capacity, Capital, Collateral).
- Proficiency in income calculation, DTI, and LTV calculations.
- Experience in credit report analysis and risk assessment.
- Strong knowledge of income, assets, and credit evaluation.
- Experience in collateral underwriting and asset review.
- Familiarity with mortgage compliance, Loan Estimates, Closing Disclosures, and tolerance thresholds.
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
- Good communication and documentation skills.
- Candidates are preferred only from pune location.
