Position: Client Support Executive
Location: Hyderabad
Role Overview: We are seeking a highly professional and efficient Client Support Executive to serve as the first point of contact for clients for an Hospital in USA. The Client Support Executive will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, managing administrative tasks, and ensuring the smooth functioning of the hospital's front desk operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and a commitment to delivering excellence in client care.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Service: - Greet clients in a warm and friendly manner, providing a positive first impression of the hospital - Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries from clients, providing information about services, appointment scheduling. Assist clients with collecting payments, and processing invoices with accuracy and professionalism.
2. Appointment Scheduling: - Manage the appointment calendar for Doctors for Consultation and other services, ensuring optimal scheduling and efficient use of resources - Coordinate with Doctor’s staff to accommodate urgent cases and schedule follow-up appointments as needed. - Confirm appointments with clients via phone calls, emails, or text messages, and reschedule appointments when necessary.
3. Client Relations: - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs and concerns with empathy and professionalism - Handle client inquiries and complaints in a timely and courteous manner, escalating issues to the appropriate staff members when necessary.
4. Virtual Office Administrator: - Perform general Office duties, including Maintenance of electronic and paper records of client information.
Qualifications and Experience: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or administrative role, preferably in a healthcare domain - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional and courteous demeanor - Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively - Proficiency in computer applications, including MS Office suite and electronic medical record systems.
