About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Education Counsellor who can guide students and working professionals in choosing the right career-oriented course at IPA.
The ideal candidate should be confident in communication, comfortable speaking with students and parents, and have a strong ability to understand a prospect's requirements and convert enquiries into admissions.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming enquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, website leads and walk-ins.
- Understand students' educational background, career goals and requirements.
- Counsel students and parents on suitable courses, career opportunities and learning paths.
- Explain IPA's courses, curriculum, duration, fees, batches, career outcomes and placement support.
- Conduct follow-ups with prospective students and maintain regular communication until admission.
- Convert qualified leads into admissions and achieve monthly admission targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups and admission status in the CRM/lead management system.
- Conduct counselling sessions and institute visits for prospective students.
- Build a strong relationship with students and parents throughout the admission process.
- Coordinate with the academic and operations teams to ensure a smooth student onboarding experience.
- Follow up with old and inactive leads to generate additional admissions.
- Stay updated about IPA's courses, curriculum and career opportunities in accounting, finance and taxation.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
