Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced, energetic, and customer-focused Branch Manager to lead the daily operations of our wellness and slimming clinic. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing clinic operations, leading a high-performing team, delivering excellent customer service, and achieving business goals.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the clinic.
- Lead, motivate, and supervise the clinic team to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Monitor appointments, client experience, and overall clinic performance.
- Support business growth by achieving monthly operational and revenue objectives.
- Ensure smooth coordination between front office, consultants, therapists, and doctors.
- Handle customer concerns professionally and ensure high client satisfaction.
- Monitor staff attendance, productivity, and performance.
- Maintain clinic hygiene, service quality, and operational standards.
- Prepare daily and monthly operational reports.
- Recruit, train, and support new team members when required.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 3+ years of experience as a Branch Manager, Center Manager, Clinic Manager, Operations Manager, or Store Manager.
- Experience in wellness, slimming, healthcare, fitness, salon, hospitality, or retail is preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and customer relationship skills.
- Good knowledge of team management and operational processes.
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office/Google Workspace).
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
