Duties
- Own and manage website traffic growth, ensuring consistent improvement in both volume and quality through SEO, content, and social media efforts.
- Work closely with SEO consultants to keep the website aligned with the latest SEO and Generative Engine Optimisation (GEO) trends to drive sustained organic traffic.
- Establish a continuous website optimisation strategy focused on discoverability, relevance, and user engagement.
- Lead the content strategy framework to ensure all content formats (blogs, pages, e-books, assets) support business and marketing objectives.
- Ensure content direction is aligned with search intent, audience relevance, and brand positioning.
- Manage end-to-end social media execution with a focus on click-throughs and website visits, not just engagement metrics.
- Develop an integrated digital visibility strategy, ensuring consistency across website, content, and social channels.
- Set the strategy for marketing asset readiness and reusability to support scalable and long-term branding efforts.
- Act as a central coordination point between SEO, content, design, and social media functions to ensure all activities contribute directly to website traffic growth.
Required Qualification
- 4–5 years of B2B IT Services Digital Marketing experience.
- Strong expertise in SEO (technical, transactional content, and organic lead generation)
- Proven experience in conversion funnel optimisation and lead qualification
- Hands-on experience with GA4, GTM, conversion tracking, and CRM tools
- Ability to drive revenue-focused growth, not just traffic
