Job Profile:Service Manager
Job Responsibility:
- Manage the complete service department for construction equipment such as JCBs, excavators, backhoe loaders, wheel loaders, motor graders, and compactors.
- Ensure timely completion of preventive maintenance, breakdown repairs, and annual maintenance contracts (AMCs).
- Monitor workshop productivity, efficiency, and service quality.
- Implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) and OEM guidelines.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers and key accounts.
- Address customer complaints and ensure quick resolution.
- Conduct regular customer visits to improve service satisfaction.
- Achieve customer satisfaction (CSI) targets set by the manufacturer.
- Lead and supervise service advisors, workshop supervisors, field service engineers, and technicians.
- Plan manpower deployment for workshop and field service activities.
- Conduct technical and behavioral training programs.
- Monitor employee performance and productivity.
- Achieve service revenue targets from labor, spare parts, and AMC contracts.
- Improve workshop profitability through effective cost control.
- Monitor service billing, warranty claims, and recovery of outstanding payments.
- Develop business opportunities for service contracts and equipment health checks.
Education : Diploma/Btech MMV/Mechanical
Experience- minimum 8-10 Years as service manager
Salary- 35000-50000
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
