Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers
- Explain company services clearly and professionally
- Generate leads and follow up with clients regularly
- Maintain strong customer relationships
- Handle customer queries and provide accurate information
- Maintain daily call reports and update records in CRM / Google Sheets
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client onboarding
- Achieve daily and monthly targets

- Work warrior mindset with dedication towards targets
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Internet, Google Sheets, CRM)
- Ability to maintain polite and effective conversations with clients
