Job Description - Operations Executive
Job Summary
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Operations Executive to support day-to-day administrative and operational activities. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining records, managing documentation, coordinating with internal departments, preparing reports, and ensuring smooth business operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update company records, databases, and documentation.
- Prepare and process quotations, purchase orders, invoices, and other business-related documents.
- Coordinate and maintain cross-functional communication.
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain records in Excel, ERP, or other business systems.
- Generate MIS reports and assist in preparing management reports and presentations.
- Track pending orders, payments, and project-related documentation.
- Organize and maintain physical and digital filing systems.
- Provide administrative support to HR, Accounts, Procurement, and Sales teams.
- Monitor email communications and ensure timely responses to internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and documentation standards.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline (B.Com, BBA, BA, or equivalent preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in back-office operations, administration, or coordination roles.
- Fresh graduates with strong computer proficiency and communication skills may also apply.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently when required.
Preferred Experience
- Experience in documentation management, invoicing, and order processing.
- Preferred experience in project execution and coordination
- Familiarity with ERP software or any management systems.
- Experience in customer/vendor correspondence and coordination.
