Job Description:
We are looking for a responsible and proactive Branch Manager to oversee the daily operations of the clinic. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth functioning of all departments while maintaining high standards of patient care and service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle all patient queries and grievances in a professional and timely manner
- Monitor and manage overall clinic operations to ensure efficiency
- Take full responsibility for branch performance and day-to-day activities
- Coordinate with staff to ensure proper workflow and teamwork
- Maintain a positive and patient-friendly environment within the clinic
Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities effectively
- Good leadership and problem-solving abilities
- Prior experience in a similar role is preferred
Pay: From ₹40,000.00 per month
