Job Title: Civil & Site Engineer

Reporting To: Project Manager / Project Head
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Civil & Site Engineer to manage and supervise construction activities at project sites. The candidate will be responsible for execution, Costing, BOQ, Tendering, Site Supervision, Designing, Documentation of all the civil related work, Quality Control, safety compliance, and coordination with contractors to ensure timely and efficient project completion.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Site Execution & Supervision
Supervise day-to-day construction activities at site
Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and specifications
Monitor labor, materials, and equipment usage
2. Planning & Coordination
Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams
Prepare work schedules and ensure adherence to timelines
Assist in project planning and resource allocation
3. Quality Control
Ensure all work meets quality standards and compliance norms
Conduct site inspections and material checks
Maintain proper documentation of work progress
4. Billing & Documentation
Verify contractor bills and measurements
Maintain daily progress reports (DPR)
Prepare BOQ (Bill of Quantities) and estimation if required
5. Safety & Compliance
Ensure safety protocols are strictly followed at site
Conduct safety checks and toolbox talks
Comply with local construction regulations and standards
Key Skills Required:
Strong knowledge of civil construction processes
Understanding of drawings (AutoCAD preferred)
Good project management and coordination skills
Knowledge of BOQ, estimation, and billing
Problem-solving and decision-making ability
Qualification & Experience:
Qualification: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering
Experience: 2–6 years (Site execution experience preferred)
Experience in industrial / infrastructure / automobile projects is an added advantage
Additional Requirements:
Willingness to travel and work on multiple project sites
Strong communication and team management skills
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, AutoCAD preferred)

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
