Responsibility
1. Responsibility of heading a team 10-12 Executives and 60-70 workers.
2. Responsible for desired, quality output from the plant.
3. To ensure efficiency and productivity in every operation.
4. Responsible for the cost of production over and above the total output.
5. Handle / shuffle all production shifts and the entire staff at the plant.
6. To overview production planning.
7. To overview inventory management.
8. Responsible for proper housekeeping at the plant.
9. To ensure that the established systems are adhered to during production.
10. To handle external quality audits with the help of team.
11. Should be aware about basic machine operations, productivity on each work station. 12. To ensure proper predictive / preventive machine maintenance. 13. To supervise and co-ordinate breakdown maintenance of machines. 14. Responsible for ensuring complete discipline at the plant.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
