We are looking for an AWS Connect + Claude AI Developer to build and integrate AI-powered customer contact-center solutions using Amazon Connect, and Anthropic Claude.
Responsibilities
- Develop and configure Amazon Connect contact flows, queues, routing, and integrations.
- Integrate Claude AI through AWS into customer-service applications.
- Build AI capabilities such as agent assist, call summarization, intent detection, sentiment analysis, and automated responses.
- Develop RAG-based solutions using enterprise knowledge bases.
- Build APIs and serverless integrations using AWS Lambda, API Gateway, S3, DynamoDB, etc.
- Integrate Amazon Connect with CRM and enterprise applications.
- Develop and optimize prompts and LLM workflows for Claude.
- Implement logging, monitoring, security, and production support using AWS services.
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to deliver scalable AI solutions.
Must-Have Skills
- Strong hands-on experience with Amazon Connect
- Amazon Bedrock + Anthropic Claude
- Generative AI / LLM application development
- Prompt engineering
- RAG and vector/search concepts
- AWS Lambda, API Gateway, S3, DynamoDB
- Python or Node.js
- REST APIs and event-driven/serverless architecture
- Amazon Lex / Transcribe is a plus
- Experience with contact-center or conversational AI solutions
- AWS Certifications preferred (AWS Solutions Architect, AWS Developer, or AWS Connect Specialty).
- Experience in the BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) domain is a plus.
- Prior experience leading offshore delivery teams and managing client-facing engagements is highly preferred.
Pay: ₹2,400,000.00 - ₹2,800,000.00 per year
