Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) to manage client relationships, ensure excellent customer experience, and coordinate with internal teams to deliver seamless service. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, a customer-centric mindset, and the ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and address their queries promptly.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Coordinate with Sales, Technical, Accounts, and Support teams to ensure timely resolution of customer requirements.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with clients regarding proposals, renewals, implementations, and support requests.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Schedule meetings, demos, and follow-up calls with clients.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM systems regularly.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products and services.
- Assist in collecting customer feedback and implementing improvement initiatives.
- Prepare periodic reports on customer interactions and relationship management activities.

Educational Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Management, or any related field.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
- Prior experience in Customer Service, Relationship Management, Telecalling, or CRM roles will be an added advantage.
