Key Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize kitchen surfaces including countertops, sinks, stoves, ovens, and floors using approved agents to remove grease and bacteria.
- Wash, dry, and sterilize dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and equipment, operating dishwashers or hand-cleaning as needed.
- Empty trash bins, grease traps, and food waste; sweep and mop floors daily, performing deep cleans like descaling appliances weekly.
Requirements
- No prior experience required; training provided for restaurant hygiene standards.
- Physically fit to stand for shifts, lift moderate weights, and work flexible hours including weekends.
- Detail-oriented with knowledge of basic food safety practices.
